ANNOUNCES FIRST ANNUAL OKTOBERFEST
NEWBURYPORT, MA – The Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce and Industry announces their first annual Oktoberfest. This family friendly event will take place on Saturday, October 15 from 12 – 6 PM at the Bartlet Mall. The event will feature a traditional German beer garden under the tent with authentic German food and baked goods. The event will also feature German music by the Mad Bavarian band and will also provide family friendly entertainment including the Roaming Railroad, a Merry Go Round, carnival games and other child friendly activities. To date, sponsors include lead sponsor – TD Bank and participating sponsors include Fritz, DeGuglielmo, LLC, CPAs.
This family friendly event is intended for the whole family and games, rides and entertainment will be provided. Admission is free but there is a fee for beer, food and rides and games. The event will be held rain or shine.
